The Elgeeco is a different concept and the result of the inventor’s dissatisfaction and misgivings with the other available options.

The squirrel is an arboreal animal and the Elgeeco copyright design exploits the squirrels’ physiological characteristics and innate ability to negotiate vertical surfaces and readily feed while hanging upside-down.

Lethal or Killing Traps

These devices are useful when employed in the right situation by trained technicians.  By definition, they are dangerous and should be handled and used with utmost care.

Strict legal guidelines apply to the use of these traps, which must always be set in tunnels and precautions taken to minimize the risk of protected species entering.  Nevertheless, killing traps are indiscriminate and may kill or maim non-target species.
